Double room in a 4-bed house

Train station is a 6 minute walk and the bus stop a stone throw away. people living here myself and one other. we are both in are 30s. We have a dog in the house too she is super friendly. Little bit about myself I'm a sound engineer/lighting tech so do alot of work in clubs pubs and festivals very chilled and laid back. My house mate also works as a bar manager in the sector. Would like to live with others in the music business but not essential We are both straight males. we are an LGBT friendly household too
