I’m offering a large, comfortable double bedroom in my lovely home, shared with me, the owner (33) I’m a warm, friendly and welcoming working professional, and I’m looking for someone easy-going, considerate and clean to share the house with on a temporary basis.

The house has a lovely, cosy living room with a woodburner, a large garden and a fully equipped, well-stocked kitchen. The bathroom is shared.

30-second walk to the bus stop, with regular buses into Brighton
Around 10 minutes by bus to Portslade station
A Co-op nearby, plus easy access to a large Sainsbury’s
The South Downs are right behind the house, perfect for walks and getting outdoors

A little about me: I’m a busy, sociable person who loves music, spending time with friends and camping. I enjoy a friendly home but also appreciate everyone having their own space and independence.

I’m looking for a working professional who is respectful of shared spaces, clean and easy to live with. This would suit someone looking for a comfortable, welcoming home for a short-term stay of up to three months.
