Room to rent

Hi! I have a spacious room available to rent in a calm, clean and newly furnished flat located just in Portslade (BN41 2 area).
The room is large enough for a double bed and comes with big cupboards for storage. It's fully furnished.
Rent: £675/month (including all bills)
Deposit: £400 (to be paid before move-in)
Move-in date: ASAP
About me: I'm currently working full-time as a taxi driver while working on my PhD proposal. I was previously a student at Sussex University. I enjoy cooking, boxing, playing snooker, and chess.
I'm ideally looking for a friendly, clean, and tidy flatmate —someone I can also build a good friendship with. I'd prefer someone who is vegetarian or cooks only Halal food at home, as I try to keep the kitchen Halal-friendly.
If you're interested or have any questions, feel free to message me!
