A cleaner visits twice a month to clean the communal areas.
Travel and Connections
There is plenty of street parking outside which is free of charge.
3 - 5 mins walk away is the mainline Portslade train station with direct line access to London and Brighton.
Parking in vale road is zone X (restricted 2hrs per day), with no waiting lists.
Local buses run frequently into town and other areas from either end of the road. Brighton centre is about 15 mins away on the bus.
Locality
Next to the train station a few minutes walk away is Boundary Road with all its shops and pubs.
Hove lagoon and the seafront is about 10 mins walk.
There is also a very nice park directly opposite the house

The room is a bright south facing room on the first floor, it has a double bed frame with a pocket sprung mattress.
It has a lot of clothes hanging space with wardrobes and chest of drawers.
Garden
There is a lovely garden at the back, nice for BBQ's in the summer.
The house has up to date safety certificates and complies with current legislation.
Overall it is a lovely, well maintained, modern house designed for very comfortable living.
