A lovely room is becoming available from the end of September in a beautiful cottage nestled at the foot of the South Downs in Poynings, just 10 minutes from Brighton.
You’d be sharing the cottage with a friendly female in her late 40s and a very fluffy, gorgeous cat 🐈. It’s a creative, relaxed and welcoming home, surrounded by beautiful countryside and walks.
The room is currently used as an art studio, but I’ll be clearing it before the new tenant moves in. It will be partly furnished, but there is no bed, so you’re welcome to make the space your own.
📍 Location: Poynings, at the foot of the South Downs
🚌 Bus service: Around a 5-minute walk away, with easy access towards Brighton
🚗 A car would be ideal, particularly for getting around locally
💷 £675 per month + bills
