Double room near Preston Park station.

I have a lovely double room to rent because my wonderful flat mate has had to return to India so now her room is available. It’s a nice room and we're in a very quiet location. , I'm a professional dog walker and live with my lovely 7 year old adopted dog, Danny. We often have dogs staying so a love of animals is a must.
I listen to music throughout the day, (either playlists or radio 6, headphones if needed). Friends do visit for a drink or a meal now and then and previous flatmates have often joined us if they wish . I'm politically left leaning, and I feel strongly about animal rights and social justice. i'm quite clean but not super tidy. I'm no longer a smoker but I do have a small garden/patio where people sometimes smoke.
. The flat is close to the number 5 bus routes and Preston Park train station.
