Large Double Room in Relaxed Village Home

Large, spacious double room in a lovely village location, with shared use of the kitchen/diner, bathroom and garden.

The room is particularly large, almost like having your own studio space, so there’s plenty of room to make it feel like your own.

Free on-street parking is available and there is a bus stop very nearby, although due to the rural location it would probably suit someone with a car.

We already have one lovely female lodger and are now looking for a second. We’re a clean and tidy household, respectful of each other’s space, and very easy-going and relaxed to live with.

My 16-year-old son and I are both friendly and always happy to have a chat, but equally independent and self-sufficient. I work away quite a lot and my son is very focused on A levels and spends some nights with his granny who lives nearby.

I’d love to find someone who is comfortable with the normal comings and goings of a home.

We’re looking for a friendly, clean and considerate female professional who would enjoy being part of a relaxed household while still having plenty of independence and their own space.
