Cosy efficient wood burning stove and gas central heating. Kitchen with dishwasher, coffee machine, combi microwave, double oven etc. Fast fibre broadband. Semi-detached house with beautiful brickwork. Washing machine in outside laundry room, clothes lines. Garden with fruit trees, lawn, lots of wildflowers, organic veg beds, greenhouse at the back. I'm an easy-going busy eco-researcher. Quiet but sociable. Also 25 year old quiet and cooperative blacksmith housemate. Vegan or vegetarian preferred but some meat eating also ok. Sober non smoking house and gardens, no drugs at all please. My gentle 11 year old female black lab will befriend you. Let me know what you need and I'll do my best to help.
