Small light single room on short let 3-6 months by agreement. The accommodation comprises a comfortable single bed, a lamp, a Victorian cherrywood chest of drawers, a metal clothes hanging rail with hangers. Your own small fridge and a Miele freezer in the porch.
Share of a spacious kitchen/diner with Neff appliances, washing machine, and air fryer There are French windows leading on to a large beautiful south facing terrace. You have the use of a large airy shower room which is next door to your room. This is a quiet relaxed household which will not suit noisy people.
The lower garden contains a clothes airer, so you can dry your washing outdoors, weather permitting, which is much nicer.
No smoking is non-negotiable.
We are located in Upper East Saltdean, 2 minutes walk from the Downs, with extensive open downland to explore. Go down to the beach and you have the gorgeous Undercliff Walk which leads directly to the Marina and on into the city. We have a great parade of local shops, cafes, restaurants, bakery and a doctor's surgery 2 minutes drive away. We are near the 47/27 and all the coastal bus routes. The 47 goes every hour and is a 2 min walk, the other buses are 15 min walk.
As this is not a house share we would prefer an independent person, who will be ok with cats as we have 3.
Students at the unis, would be better off with a car due to the lack of direct transport links to Falmer.
