Clean & fresh double room with large double wardrobe for rent in a happy household, to share with 2 ladies & 2 young men. It’s a cheerful environment, we all get along well. We are all professional working people, who are happy to socialise together sometimes but enjoy our own space sometimes too.
We keep a clean & tidy home, therefore we’re looking for someone who will respect our home & keep it clean & tidy too.
Must be an animal lover as we look after a little dog sometimes.
You will share the main bathroom (though there are two further bathrooms so plenty of facilities for everyone) & we have a downstairs cloakroom, large living room, kitchen, dining room.

Leisure Center & buses into Brighton & Eastbourne just a few minutes walk away.
Town Center, beach & trains into London approx 10/15 min walk.

Lots of great local walks & cycle rides close by, Friston Forest, Cuckmere Haven, beach, lots to do locally.
