Comfortable and warm double bedroom, you will have access to the garden, kitchen and bathroom plus the dining room but the lounge is just for my use please.

I work part time at the Conquest hospital (administration).

I require two references, one from a current landlord and one from your current employer or university/college.

My week consists of sport most evenings, I'm always doing something or other!!!

Storage for a bicycle....Ideal for workers at Bexhill Hospital...
(walkable) and Conquest Hospital (bus or car)...or cycle if you're very fit!!
