Great house, great location...

I'm Charlotte and have a lovely spare room for rent.

I work part time at the Conquest hospital (administration) Monday to Wednesday and have another job to fill up my week.

I consider myself young at heart and can relate to all ages, I've lived with all different ages and backgrounds, and many overseas students.

Sorry no night shift workers or WFH...day/evening shift workers are fine....

I'm not keen on living with people that just stay in their room all weekend someone active and has interests would be a better fit for me.

Room available from end of June 2025, short term let always welcome or Monday to Friday, obviously the rent would be adjusted accordingly..

I am a sociable person and enjoys a natter but respects people's privacy.

My week consists of sport most evenings, I'm always doing something or other!!!

I ask that you keep your room clean and also when using the bathroom and kitchen.


Storage for a bicycle....Ideal for workers at Bexhill Hospital...
(walkable) and Conquest Hospital (bus or car)...

Public transport links nearby, free on road parking, Lidl a 30 second walk and other amenities...

The rent includes all bills...
