Huge double room in family home

We have a very large double room, with extensive storage space next to it.
The room currently has a desk, wardrobe & double bed. There is also space for armchair & TV unit or similar.

The room is downstairs on a floor of it's own, so nice and quiet.

Upstairs there is a shared bathroom- with a bath and shower, and the kitchen- including dishwasher & tumble dryer.

We have a very friendly, slightly bouncy 10yr old springer spaniel - so looking for a dog lover. And we have an almost 3yr old boy.

We are blessed with a huge beautiful garden, including a small private patio area you could make your own.

We are relaxed and friendly and enjoy chatting when we are all in the kitchen or in passing. Occasionally we love a shared dinner and board game if we find someone with similar interests.

Our previous lodger lived with us for 7 1/2 years and has recently moved to his own place.

We are looking for someone who is relaxed and friendly, loves dogs and who is happy to live in a family home. We would consider a couple, but the rent would be a little more.

The rent includes all bills, internet and use of Netflix and Amazon Prime.

There is space on our drive for another car, and we are in a great location- 10min walk from Asda, 5 min walk from bus routes into town (or a 40min walk) and only 10min walk from the beautiful Alexandra park.

Our house is detached and set slightly back so it's quiet and peaceful (aside from the dog and toddler 🤣)
