Large quiet room with en-suite in family home

We're renting a quiet en-suite bedroom in our large Georgian house very close to Southwick train station. I'm the landlord and I live here with my 14-year-old daughter and 21-year-old son (when he's back from uni). We're looking for a relaxed, friendly professional person. We're all super tidy, chilled and easy-going. The house has got off-street parking and a big garden, and a second living room for reading and relaxing. We've got good internet too. We're looking for someone who'd like to share the odd meal, glass of wine, etc, as we're all pretty sociable.

Southwick is a great place to live- only 12 minutes by train to Brighton and we've got a Waitrose and Flour Pot Bakery within 60 seconds walk. Southwick beach, the Port Kitchen and Carrats cafe are about 5 minutes walk away. There's also easy access up onto the Downs and the A27.
