En suite double room

Our en suite attic conversion is available to rent. Furnished with bed, chest of drawers, built in cupboard, table and chairs, TV and en suite with shower.

Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and outdoor space to share with us. Bicycle storage included.

We have a cat so need to be a cat lover. Also female preferred because cat turns her nose up at men.

We are generally quite chilled in the week and a bit more lively at the weekend. We would love someone similar.

All bills are included. A returnable deposit of £500 required. There is free parking on street and our house is minutes from Fishersgate station. close to 1 and 1X bus into Brighton.
