Room to rent in nice house close to Conquest Hosp.

A small double room to let in modern house (council tax band c,) in quiet cul de sac close to Conquest Hospital. Use of all amenities including lounge/diner, kitchen, rear garden with patio/gazebo. Although it is not en-suite, the bathroom is next door and is for the exclsive use of spare room occupant. Previous tenants have been Doctors and Nurses working at the Conquest Hospital. Would suit similar, but we are close to a bus route into town. We are a family of three, my wife (who is Filipina) and I and our 9 year old son. Current occupant is a Nurse whose husband and children will be arriving in the country at the end of March. Thus the room will be vacant from 1 April.
