Room to rent in nice house close to Conquest Hosp.

A small double room to let in modern house (council tax band c,) in quiet cul de sac close to Conquest Hospital. Use of all amenities including lounge/diner, kitchen, rear garden with patio/gazebo. Although it is not en-suite, the bathroom is next door to the bedroom and is for the exclusive use of spare room occupant. Previous tenants have been Doctors, Nurses and Physio staff members working at the Conquest Hospital. which is within walking distance and is on the bus route to the hospital. Would suit Doctor/nurses/ medical students or other hospital workers, but we are also close to a bus route into town. We are a family of three, my wife (who is Filipina) and I (a retired UK Civil Servant) and our 12 year old son. The last occupant, who has been with us for a year, is a physiotherapist but the Hospital has not renewed her contract and so she will be vacating the room on 4 August and the room will be available from that date
