A small double room to let in modern house (council tax band c,) in quiet cul de sac close to Conquest Hospital. Use of all amenities including lounge/diner, kitchen, rear garden with patio/gazebo. Although it is not en-suite, the bathroom is next door and is for the exclusive use of spare room occupant. Previous tenants have been Doctors and Nurses working at the Conquest Hospital. which is within walking distance and is on the bus route to the hospital. Would suit Doctor/nurses/ medical students or other hospital workers, but we are close to a bus route into town. We are a family of three, my wife (who is Filipina) and I (a retired UK Civil Servant) and our 11 year old son. The last occupant was a Nurse whose husband and children recently joined her from Ghana and she re-located to the North of England. The room is now vacant.,
