The room is large and is self contained furnished with a small sofa, desk and a comfortable double bed. There is also a private sink in the room. Your main bathroom has a large bath and a power shower. (I have my own bathroom upstairs).
Kitchen is shared with just me and is huge, light and airy.
Excellent parking always available outside on a quiet street.
Would suit someone who enjoys their own space who is looking for a lovely, peaceful home to relax in.
The rent includes all bills.
Location is only 5 min walk from St Leonards Warrior Square train station and a 2 mins walk from main bus routes on Bohemia Road
3 mins walk from Lidl.
Full time working professionals preferred please.
