Looking for an independent, discreet lodger (no couples sorry) who won't mind living in a friendly home but sometimes on your own as I travel quite a lot. Looking for someone who is properly house trained and will help with the chores! I am a life coach who works from home. The flat is comfortable but you will have to share the shower room. There is a separate toilet. The room is quite big, and has a double size bed and a wardrobe. Room is facing west and window to the street and the garden opposite. I have had many lodgers in the past so I am used to different cultures. There are all amenities on the road and we are close enough to the station, 10 minutes walk to the beach.... one month minimum stay, one month deposit required. All bills included and wifi. Note that there is another bedroom used by my daughter. On street car park.
