Short term let - double room in St Leonard’s flat

Hello!

I’m renting out the second double bedroom in my 2 bed flat. The room is furnished with a double bed, chest of drawers, mirror and hanging rail. Also south facing so gets plenty of sun :)

The flat - it’s a spacious 2 bed flat in a Victorian converted house, with a private garden. I own the flat - the bathroom and kitchen are still a bit of a work in progress, but it’s a beautiful space!

It’s less than a 10 minute walk to St Leonard’s Warrior Sq station, Kings Road, shops etc, and about a 15 minute walk to the sea. There’s also plenty of on street parking. The flat comes with Mabel - a very friendly and fluffy cat.

I’m easy going and sociable. I work four days a week in London at the moment, so I’m not around a huge amount during the week.

I’m looking for someone chilled, clean & tidy (cat lovers a bonus) ideally for a shorter term let i. e. anything from a couple of weeks to 3 months max.

Preferably looking for someone who is in full time employment and not wfh too much as I am due to wfh more often and there is limited work space in the flat.
