The room is a good size furnished bedroom with a king size bed, desk and chair, chest of drawers and an open wardrobe. The bedroom faces the quiet back garden area so very peaceful. Sharing with myself, a professional, and two very friendly cats. Sharing all common areas including eat-in well, appointed kitchen, stylish living and dining room with fabulous sea views, and a large bathroom. This is top floor apartment with stairs so not suitable for people who are less mobile. The apartment is close to main railway stations and right on many local bus routes, and convenient for all areas including the Conquest Hospital. Looking for a professional who requires a short term accommodation perhaps for a local professional placement.
