All bills included, including council tax. Close to shops and convenient for stations and town centres of Hastings and St Leonards, and free on street parking. We are three working men (including landlord) and two dogs, a pug and a German Shepherd. The house is calm, nice to live in and big enough for everyone to have their own privacy, while still being friendly. Someone who likes dogs, and would like the peace here would be a good fit.
