Well equipped kitchen, with your own private fridge, leading onto enclosed rear garden- lovely to sit with morning coffee.
IMPORTANT- VEGETARIAN /VEGAN house, NO MEAT or FISH cooked in the house please, although pre-cooked meats and takeaways are ok.

I have a cat and MAY consider another pet!

Garden shed can be used to store a bicycle and there is loft space available if you need to store some possessions
