Shepherds hut in Stanmer Park/Woods, incl bills

(Price inclusive of bills) We are looking for someone quiet and considerate who would love this unique situation – cosy, quirky shepherds hut with kitchenette, shower and toilet, in the beautiful semi-wild garden of our cottage home, 10 minutes drive from Brighton, and a few minutes drive to the universities (and Falmer station) or 30 minutes beautiful walk through the woods. Stanmer woods and the South Downs just out of the gate. Bus services to Brighton. Perfect for anyone who wants to get away from it all in nature, but with easy access to all the facilities of Brighton/Lewes. All bills and Wi-Fi et cetera included, relying on reasonable electricity use (or supplement payable if this is exceeded – there is a meter). Access to family washing machine. Free parking. This is a quiet spot in a national park (Stanmer Park) and within the grounds of our family home, so not suitable for a partying lifestyle! Although all facilities are independent and there is a lot of outdoor space, because it is part of our home we would all need to get along and good communication, along with taking good care of the hut, is essential. We are a couple in our early 60s, with sort-of left-home young-adult children who come and go! and there’s also Lucy our extremely friendly and loving dog - who will be generally milling around!
