I have 1 large double bedroom with views over the Pevensey Levels.

My home is a new build and is spacious, light, and fully furnished, with modern appliances which you are welcome to use.

I have high speed broadband and the house is well insulated and warm.

All bills will be included in the rent.

The house is close to good transport links to Eastbourne Centre, Brighton (including the universities) and London, (main terminals) and also Hastings and Bexhill. The house has a parking space if you have a car.

The Downs are on the doorstep, with some stunning walks and also close to the beach.

There is a garden and one dog. So it is important that you love dogs. He is very playful, so if you like throwing balls or walking, you will have an instant friend for life! There are a lot of lovely walks directly from the house. If you don’t like dogs, this house is not for you.

So, if you are looking for a new house buddy, you will find there is plenty of room to live independently, but if you would like to enjoy the occasional drink and a movie night with me, you would be most welcome.
