. Lounge is private for you as there is a second lounge in the house used as a communal space .The room and lounge is the landlords space available short term while we are abroad.

We are an older household all aged above 30 years old..

House is very quiet and clean /well organised, safe and a kind and supportive space

Social spacious kitchen to share a glass of wine if needed after hard days work.! Plenty of cupboard and fridge space . Air fryer ,2 ovens ,5 burner hob. etc. Always clear and clean ie no washing up in the sink!

Plenty of bathrooms the only one currently shared by 2 is already occupied .!

Includes cleaning but shared help required for bins and dishwasher and just clearing up after yourself of course

. We have a live in manager [when we are away], Cleaners [known by us for years] they will come in every 3 weeks and a diy man on call for things that may go wrong and need fixing.

Not a party house and we don’t tend to have lots of different people coming and going so a true homely and more relaxed feel. VERY QUIET.

LOCATION
Telscombe cliffs 5 minute walk to smugglers rest pub , bus stop and the beach.
Ten minute walk to the south downs.
Bus run every 10 mins and is a 20 minute journey along the dedicated bus lane along the coast road into central Brighton . BUS to UNI but takes along time ! 1 hour each way because of the route . driving is quick over the downs .
