OPTION 2) Groundfloor double ,sole use of bathroom next door [toilet maybe used occasionally during the day only] bedding NOT included, £585pcm inc bills.

OPTION 3] double FULL ensuite [orange decor + bathroom in grey tiles] comes with OWN SEPERATE lounge [red decor] our own private space up for rent while we are away, RENT UP TO MAY AT LATEST or SEPT to APRIL [your choice] commitment for whole period required. £925 inc bills fully furnished.

Social spacious kitchen to share a glass of wine if needed after hard days work.! Plenty of cupboard and fridge space . Air fryer ,2 ovens ,5 burner hob. etc. Always clear and clean ie no washing up in the sink!

LOCATION

Telscombe cliffs 5 minute walk to smugglers rest pub , bus stop and the beach. Ten minute walk to the south downs.
Bus run every 10 mins and is a 20 minute journey along the dedicated bus lane along the coast road into central Brighton . BUS to UNI but takes along time ! 1 hour each way because of the route . driving is quick over the downs .
