Live in landlords myself and husband abroad a lot. We have a live in manager [when we are away], Ceaners [known by us for years] they will come in every 3 weeks and a diy man on call for things that may go wrong [when we are away]

Not a party house and we don’t tend to have lots of different people coming and going so a true homely and more relaxed feel. VERY QUIET.

Telscombe cliffs 5 minute walk to smugglers rest pub , bus stop and the beach.
Ten minute walk to the south downs.
Bus run every 10 mins and is a 20 minute journey along the dedicated bus lane along the coast road into central Brighton . BUS to UNI but takes along time ! 1 hour each way because of the route . driving is quick over the downs .
