3 lovely rooms in a spacious house in Woodingdean, Brighton. House and rooms are homely and well maintained. Amazing sea views and close to the beautiful south downs. House is walkable to local shops, cafe, pub, library and doctors surgery. Bus stop only a 1 minute walk from house. Great bus service to central Brighton, London Road, all Universities and Hospitals.

I have been letting out rooms for over 15 years. I enjoy meeting new people and am easy going. I enjoy walking my (old and friendly) dog and spending time with my family.

The house is a FEMALE house so females preferred please, with a maximum of up to 4 Rooms rented out at any one time. It is friendly, quiet and calm. We all respect each other’s space and shared living areas. Students and professionals welcome.
Please note: an fee of £3 for toilet rolls is to be paid every 4 weeks.
