House is walkable to local shops, cafe, pub, library and doctors surgery. Bus stop only a 1 minute walk from house. Great bus service to central Brighton, London Road, all Universities and Hospitals.

I have been letting out rooms for over 15 years. I enjoy meeting new people and am easy going. I enjoy walking my (old and friendly) dog and spending time with my family.

Females only, with a maximum of up to 4 Rooms rented out at any one time. It is friendly, quiet and calm. We all respect each other’s space and shared living areas. Students and professionals welcome.
