Beautiful lodgings at woodingdean

Beautiful room with a lovely view , near sole use of the bathroom (I'm mobility impaired and stay mostly on ground floor and have carer who deals with my personal care, however there has been some improvement so occasionally might use the bathroom) and shared use of a large kitchen. We are in woodingdean, 20/30 min by bus to Churchill Square . Brighton centre is 10 min per car. The room has hot drink making facilities and a mini fridge for milk and drinks. The sofa turns into a proper pull out double bed with a comfortable mattress, large work area, with the view and office chair making it ideal for working from home. On the doorstep of the downs, with breathtaking country walks, nearby rottingdean beach and a large garden. Bills are included. Sound insulation is good. You will be cohabiting with myself and my friend, a musician who cooks for me who is on the top floor. Dinner can be included at extra charge.
