We have one double room suitable for a professional person, single occupancy only, available from 4th September (Rm 2) in this modern friendly house. The kitchen features solid oak units with granite worktops and a Britannia Range, there is a breakfast bar a dining table and a seating area with wall mounted smart TV.
The bathroom features a large modern shower room with vanity unit and a second separate large shower room, both with heated towel rails. Each shower has a rain head and hand held shower head. In addition there is also a separate downstairs toilet. Ratio 2 bedrooms to 1 shower room.

The rooms are furnished with wardrobes, bedside table with drawers, bedside lamp. The double bed has a pocket sprung mattress with new mattress protectors provided.

The house offers Freeview TV in all bedrooms and the kitchen. All utility bills are included, including council tax and fast speed BT Hub Broadband. There is a weekly cleaner for the communal areas and a gardener fortnightly during the growing season.

Outside are 2 outhouses - ideal for safely storing bikes & larger items. There is a garden, patio, outdoor furniture, a line for drying clothes in the warmer months and a separate decked area.
