We have a single room now available in our stunning, refurbished, professional house share in Basildon. This house has been finished to an exceptional standard and provides sophisticated living.
The room is fully furnished with a single bed, bedside table, wardrobe and a chest of drawers to accommodate your storage needs. There are ethernet points connected to the broadband router to maximise connection speeds, USB and tv aerial socket points.
Bathroom is shared with one other person only.

The house
The house has a shared communal area and a modern and fully equipped kitchen. There is a separate utility room area with washing machine and tumble dryer.
To the rear of the house there is a small private garden and patio area ideal for summer barbeques. The garden has rear access to woodland.

The monthly rent is fully inclusive of all bills - including gas and electricity, water, council tax, TV licence and broadband. The communal areas are cleaned weekly at no extra cost to yourself.
The house is managed by a professional landlord fully accredited by NRLA.

Location
You will find us on a quiet residential estate within 15 min walk from Basildon town centre, Basildon train station and Basildon university hospital. A13 and A127 are closely situated with links to the M25.
Parking on the driveway and street parking available with no restrictions.

The small print
A small holding deposit secures the room and is refundable off your first rent payment.
Deposit is equivalent to one month’s rent , it will be held for you under the Deposit Protection Service.
