I have two double rooms available in my 4 bed house within Basildon city centre. It is facing an open green park and 5min walk town centre. I am a live in professional landlord working as engineering manager for pharmaceutical company. At the moment just myself living in the property which has few bathrooms. It is a non smoking and very quiet house. Only open to professional working individuals. I have had lodgers for over 15 years.

Double room 1 sharing bathroom with another room: £800pcm deposit £400

Double room 2 with own private bathroom next to room. £1000pcm deposit £500

Common areas will be cleaned and including bathrooms. But you have to be clean and tidy person.
