🔹NOK DETAILS- WITH ADDRESS AND CONTACT DETAILS ( EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER)
🔹RENT- for single room 600 including bills
*Double room 800 including bills

( please pay the rent on the same date as your first move in date)

And Rent should be paid end of the every month at 30th

General Rules

🔶 No smoking in the house

🔶No pets or live animals.

🔶Do not leave open flames such as candles unattended at any time.

🔶Common areas such as the kitchen, living room and shared toilet and bathroom should be cleaned up and left in a presentable state after use.

🔶 Shared Laundry Room Usage:
Timely Removal:
Ensure clothes are removed promptly from washers and dryers to avoid congestion and allow others access.
If someone else's laundry is in a machine and they haven't retrieved it within a reasonable time (e. g.,1 hour) it's generally acceptable to remove it and place it on top of the machine or in their laundry basket, but with care.

🔶 Kitchen
Clean up promptly: Wash dishes, wipe countertops, and clean up spills immediately after use.
Dishes: Wash dishes within a reasonable timeframe (e. g., 3 hours), unload the dishwasher when it's done, and avoid leaving dishes in the sink.
Countertops: Wipe down countertops and stovetop after use.
Microwave: Wipe out the microwave if food splattered inside.

Regular communication: Discuss kitchen rules, chores, and any issues that arise.

Kindly follow the waste management bins accordingly

Black large bin for General waste
In the garden you can find the remaining bins for Glass bottles , cans etc.
( waste collection is every Wednesday)
