I am seeking a female lodger who is either a professional working or a student studying for a professional career.

Rent includes, Gas, Electric, water and Broadband. Lodger must provide own toiletries and food.

Will be able to use household facilities, including washing machine, tumble dryer, cooker, microwave, and also has access to the garden. No TV is included so will have to have your own.

Lodger will be provided with own cupboards in kitchen, bathroom and utility room. There will be no access to the main living room in the house.

Contracts to be drawn up and signed.
