I have a comfortable double room available in my home, with its own private ensuite and off-road parking.

The room is on its own level of the house, giving you a good amount of privacy and your own space.

I work full-time as well as having a second job, so I'm looking for someone who is clean, respectful, considerate and easy-going, and who would enjoy living in a friendly, relaxed home.

My 13-year-old daughter stays one night at weekends, so this is a genuine family home rather than a party house. I'm looking for someone who is comfortable with that and would appreciate a quiet, respectful environment.

I'm particularly keen to find someone who is looking for a home rather than simply somewhere to sleep – someone who will treat the house with care and be considerate of the person they are sharing it with.

The room would suit a professional, student or someone working locally who wants a comfortable and secure place to live.
