Regarding the rent: If the advertised rent is beyond your budget, I would respectfully ask that you do not make an enquiry. My property is intended to be a sanctuary of peace and serenity for those looking to escape the stress and frustrations of poorly managed shared accommodation. If you genuinely value a clean, peaceful and well-managed living environment, I hope the rent will be viewed in that context rather than simply as another room to rent.

Regarding the minimum stay: There is no rigid minimum-stay commitment. You can agree to a fixed term or choose a flexible month-to-month arrangement on a pay-as-you-go basis. You are welcome to stay for as long as you wish, provided the arrangement continues to work for both parties.

Double Room Available – Newly Built 5-Bedroom House (All Bills Included)
One double room available on the second floor of a newly built, well-maintained 5-bedroom house. The room is offered for single occupancy only at £725 PCM (all bills included). A shower and WC are located on the same floor to be shared by you and another housemate living in adjacent room.

Tenant Requirements
• UK citizens must provide employer and landlord references
• Overseas applicants must provide proof of right to stay (e. g. BRP, home office share code, and ID)
• Deposit may be negotiable (half or full month) depending on references and status
I am seeking a clean, reliable, respectful, and trustworthy working professional with good character and a stable job, who will adhere to the terms outlined in the tenancy agreement and treat the property as their own home.

About the Property
• Owned by a couple from Bengal (part-time live-in landlords; work requires us to travel, we occupy two rooms)
• Communal areas are maintained fortnightly, but tenants are expected to clean up after themselves and take part in Kitchen waste disposal.
• A full lodger agreement will be provided prior to signing, following successful referencing

Basic cookware may be used initially, but tenants are expected to purchase their own within the first week.

This is a well-managed house with clear rules to maintain cleanliness and harmony. If you are not comfortable following house rules, this may not be suitable you as my place deserves top class of tenants.
