West Brentwood/ Great Warley, Brentwood. Looking for a non smoking female (or smoke outside) to join 2 other females in 3 bed terraced house in Warley. Midweek or weekends for £135 per week or a full timer for £160 a week. The room has a small double (Queen size) bed. It has a clothing rail, desk and chair, bedside table and it's own wash basin with a large storage cabinet above and below it. New matrass . No duvet, nor pillows or duvet cover provided. A partner can stay up to 3 nights a week as any more nights would go into the majority of the week and it's let for 1 person only.
No full time working from home please. No extreme right views in politics as that would clash with us.

1 shower cubicle and 2 toilets to share. There is an INDOOR only cat which is a happy soul and no trouble but we need to be aware of fully open windows and doors. We are a clean, safe and quite household so we like-wise woman to join us. Off street parking outside the car port. It is close to the Ford building and The Fat Turk and approximately 15 minutes walk to Brentwood station (Elizabeth Line). There is a bus stop to the station and high street close-by too. There are local convenience stores and several pubs at a few minutes walk. There are some house rules explaining (the way it works here) that I can email before you move in. Just the common sense stuff. Rent on time etc.
