Comfortable room with small double bed, wall hanging rail, chest of drawers, bedside table, ottoman storage chest, shoe rack and wall tv.
5 mins from the High Street and 10 mins walk to the Waterfront. Regular bus route to Colchrster (via Wivenhoe).
The room has a shower room adjacent, which is for sole use (occasional exception). Use of kitchen and dining room for cooking and eating. Street parking.
Written references required. Cost is £675 per month paid up front plus £675 deposit.
