You are ideally located in Broomfield very close to the Hospital which is only a short 5-10-minute walk away! The property is also on good bus routes to Chelmsford town centre which is only a 10 minute drive.

The house is newly renovated. All bills are included including fibre broadband, council tax and all other utilities. A gardener and cleaner are also provided for the communal areas. The property offers some off-street parking.

The rear garden consists of a newly laid patio area (with garden furniture) and Astro turf for easy maintenance.
