We're offering a comfortable, furnished single room in our spacious six-bedroom family home in Buckhurst Hill, ideally suited to a student looking for a peaceful, welcoming place to live.

There are just two of us living here, myself and my daughter, who is studying for her A-levels, so the house is lovely and quiet without feeling empty!

Location

We're in a lovely residential area of Buckhurst Hill, around 15–20 minutes' walk from Buckhurst Hill Underground station (Central line) and approximately 25 minutes' walk from Woodford station. We're also on the number 20 bus route.

Who we're looking for

We'd love to welcome a friendly, considerate student who is happy living in a relaxed family home rather than a busy student house share.

The room is available year-round, but it would particularly suit someone who tends to spend university holidays at home or elsewhere. You'd be welcome to keep your belongings here throughout the year.

We're easy-going and friendly, and want whoever joins us to feel comfortable and at home, while also respecting everyone's privacy and space.

Rent: £850 per month, including all bills and broadband.

Deposit: £850.

References requested.
