Our family of 3 have a spare double room available for rent. (We have a Single room that is now rented out by a lovely lady)
We have a large living room, large dining area, and nice size kitchen, plus a large bathroom with walk in shower and deep bath, and a WC. Also we have lovely garden with palm trees, seating area and loungers. We live in a very quiet area of canvey, over looking a lovely green belt area.
I’m Julie aged 54, my partner Steve is 56 and my daughter is 20.
We all work full time jobs, my daughter work from home in our home based office and beauty room.
We Love cooking, watching TV & movies, walking our dogs, cuddling / fussing our cats and growing vegetables, well trying !
Only looking for working female tenants .
You must be animals friendly as we have 2 well behaved dogs and 4 cats that are out most of the time, until it’s feeding time!
Optional: Home based shared Office space and beauty room available to rent to live in tenants.
