I’m offering two fully furnished rooms in a clean, comfortable and well-maintained home. A double room (£700/month) and a large single room (£500/month). There will be only three people living in the house in total, including myself, so it’s a relaxed and uncrowded home. The house has a spacious kitchen, sitting room, dining area, bathroom, front garden and a lovely backyard garden. I’m looking for friendly, respectful, clean and responsible professionals who enjoy a peaceful and well-kept home. I’m easy-going and want everyone living here to feel comfortable, while respecting each other’s privacy and keeping the shared areas clean and tidy.
The ideal person would be reliable with rent, considerate towards others and someone who takes pride in looking after their living environment.
