Very respectful, peaceful tenants looking to add one more tenant from March 2025
We also have a cleaner that does multiple hours a month.
Most tenants have been in the house for many years and enjoy quiet and peaceful times. This wouldn't suit a party type person or loud music late.
It suits a professional or hard working student.
The room shares a shower/Bathroom, but there is also a spare toilet on the ground floor, and two of the rooms have ensuite so no need to share with them tenants either.
The kitchen is a good size and there is a house also benefits from a regular cleaner coming in which is included in the rental price for cleaning communal areas, but the main thing is to just keep your own usage tidy.
It seems to work for all that live there.
