1 Double Bedroom, Shared Flat Beaulieu/Chelmsford

Hey im Lewis, 33, Renting out my spare room, comes with a parking spot, though we may have to work out positioning as may get boxed in by each other. All bills included, superfast internet, room fully furnished - anything extra needed i can work it out such as a tv in the bedroom etc.
Shared bathroom, netflix and prime hooked up in lounge., also have adjustable weights, treadmill and rowing machine available to use.

Im quite a peaceful person, super chilled and laid back kinda guy, ill be at work most of the time, whenever im home im either sleeping or at my PC.
Gotta respect each others privacy, im always up for grabbing a bite to eat when im around or watching some flix etc.

I'm not looking for any alcoholics, drug abusers or people with anger issues. want someone level headed and happy to do their bit around the place

No pets and no couples.
