There is a third small box room which can be used as a work from home study if needed.
Rooms: downstairs loo, open plan lounge/dining area, kitchen. cupboard and understairs space. Bedroom 2 (available) is 2.89m by 3m, and we have created a wardrobe built in.
Im looking for another girl who is kind, tidy, and ideally in a professional occupation.
Rent is £1,500 total shared between two people, not including bills/wifi.
The council tax band for this property is Band C, £1,926.96 total, not ppn.

There is a small garage nearby that is accessible for storage but not attached to the main home. There is a small garden.
