I am currently updating a mid-terraced 2.5 bed house in trinity ward of chelmsford.
It has parking, a garden, and is a short walk from city centre and train station.
Currently we are doing some work to update the property including new floors, carpets, etc.
I am looking for a long term house share. I am a 30 year old insurance broker. I have a family dog that may pop over from time to time.
The property will be unfurnished but I am planning to buy some furniture such as sofa, dining room table and chairs. I
There is a third small box room which can be used as a work from home study if needed.
Rooms: downstairs loo, open plan lounge/dining area, kitchen. cupboard and understairs space. Bedrooms 1 and 2, and a 3rd box room. Bedroom 2 is 2.89m by 3m, and we have created a wardrobe built in.
Im looking for another girl who is kind, tidy, and ideally in a professional occupation.
Rent is £1,500 total shared between two people, not including bills/wifi.
The council tax band for this property is Band C, £1,926.96 total, not ppn.
If you have a car, on the drive there is 2 parking spaces, which we can have one each as I drive to work. On street parking is permitted, you can get passes online for additonal cars.
There is a small garage nearby that is accessible for storage but not attached to the main home. There is a small garden.

I occupy the main bedroom currently. Deposit and full rent split amount can be finalised/tweaked if need be.
