The room is situated directly opposite the bathroom which has a large shower and a separate bath.
I have two friendly male house cats so you must be kind and comfortable with animals.
There is loads of storage space in the bedroom plus a smart tv. Plenty of electricity points and very good lighting. The view from the bedroom is a lovely leafy tree.
I am very respectful and will ensure you feel comfortable and give you your own space. The agreement is to rent the room and use this as your own space. The kitchen is available to cook/heat up food etc
The location of the flat itself is fantastic. A 15 minute walk to Chelmsford train/bus station. 5 minutes walk to a large Tescos. 2 minutes walk to dentist/doctors surgery. 15 walk into town. 10 minutes walk to Central Park. There is also a retail park 10 minutes walk away with an M&S and other retailers. Bus stops are positioned 1 minute walk from my front door.
