Shared large kitchen with and generous living room, downstairs toilet, large private garden, and space for driveway parking is available if needed.

Well located with only a 15 minute walk to Chelmsford town centre and train station, close to bus stops, local shops and a large park at the end of the road. Easy access to London.

The Household

You will be sharing with me (Viv, 46, healthcare professional, Mercedes fanatic, artist, photographer, occasional padel player). I've lived here since I was 4 with many fond memories and I've recently reduced my NHS hours while I study Traditional Chinese Medicine. I'm very relaxed and easy going, but I also very organised and like to maintain high standards.

The house is clean, tidy, relaxed and quiet with a quirky but extremely peaceful and positive vibe. I don't mind friends visiting and potentially staying overnight if arranged with notice and they are respectful, no smoking inside. A well-behaved pet would be considered.
