Double-glazed windows and a nearly-new central heating boiler and radiators give warmth when needed. Sharing a shower room with one other room and with a mega flow powering the hot water you will always have a powerful shower on tap!

This detached house has been fully refurbished in a contemporary style to a very high standard to provide the best in shared accommodation. A mile away from the City and Chelmsford station. 5 happy housemates aged between 24 -44 are already making this house a home.

The house has a stylish open-plan kitchen/diner and utility room equipped with a beautiful range cooker and Bosch appliances. Relax at the breakfast bar or put your feet up in the living room and watch the Samsung Smart TV. Double doors open on to a sunny but secluded patio and large garden that has a rotary dryer and a lockable bike shed. A secure back gate opens on to road with the bus stop just a few steps away. There is plenty of off-road and on-road parking.
