I am currently looking to fill a lovely spacious double room in a really lovely town house right in the city town centre / Old Moulsham so a very central, prestigious and residential location within walking distance of the town centre.

All our properties are situated right in the town centre, so it's just minutes walk from the main high street, shops and local train station.

Our lovely double rooms are for professional persons so you’d be sharing with like minded house mates all of a simpler age.

All our houses are lovely, they are modern in decor with living-rooms, very large modern kitchens and secluded large gardens.

As mentioned all our houses are gorgeous, they have been fully renovated to a very high standard and I can honestly say that you’d be hard pushed to find anything nicer, with the added bonus that they are so close to the town Centre, with an approx 5 mins max walk to the shops on moulsham street and a short walk from the main city centre and high street
