We’re looking for a new housemate to join our friendly home in the lovely Old Moulsham area of Chelmsford.

The house is a beautiful Victorian home, just a short walk from the city centre, train station, shops, restaurants and bars, while still being on a quiet residential street.

It’s a clean, comfortable and welcoming home with:

* Spacious lounge
* Sunny garden with a patio and BBQ – perfect for relaxing in the summer
* Two bathrooms between just three people, so you’ll only ever be sharing with one other housemate
* A friendly, homely atmosphere

A bright, spacious double room that’s tastefully furnished (unfurnished may also be an option if preferred).

You’ll be living with two friendly female professionals who are easy-going, respectful and enjoy keeping the house clean and tidy. We all have our own lives but enjoy living in a relaxed, considerate home where everyone feels comfortable.

We’re looking for someone who’ll fit in well, appreciates a clean home and is looking for more than just a place to sleep.
