Central Chelmsford - DOUBLE room available to rent in Victorian house - all professionals house.

Contract term minimum 6 months.

Victorian semi - just minutes walk into town centre (to main shopping areas and bars and restaurants). Located in a nice residential area know as Old Moulsham. Great easy access to public transport 12mins walk to train station (or just one stop on the bus whicn is very close to house).

The accommodation is of a very high standard and you will struggle to find better anywhere in Chelmsford.

There are two bathrooms in the house so you would only be sharing with one other person.

The house has nice communal areas - separate lounge, large kitchen, and a nice garden with patio and BBQ and sun loungers.

The house is in a really nice location in a lovely residential area.

The room is a nice tastefully furnished. If you want to bring your own furniture that not a problem as I can store the furniture.

Currently there are 3 females in the house (all professionals), and we are searching for a new tenant. MUST be clean and tidy 😊

The tenants use large kitchen and garden to enjoy the odd glass of wine so looking for a social young professional who will enjoy living in a lovely clean environment.

I only rent to people who I think will be a good match for the other tenants. Tenants must be in a professional job. References will be requested.

The monthly rent includes council tax and water, TV licence and fast wireless internet.

The gas and electricity bills are shared. I organise the gas and elec and ask each tenant to pay their share (divided equally between the 4 tenants - actual amounts are dependent on use in that period). .

No pets. No sharing - room is single occupancy only.
