Good size furnished double room with king size bed available to rent in a modern house. I am looking for a lodger to enjoy living in a peaceful area with me and my son. We are friendly and easy to get on with. Anyone is welcome here. Our previous lodger enjoyed 5 years of quiet life in a family like and clean environment. I am flexible and I respect your privacy. The rent is all inclusive with fee internet, shared bathroom, kitchen-diner and garden. The house is at walking distance from the beautiful forest. 10 minutes from Hainault station with a regular bus just behind the houses on the main road. The
