From June 1, 2024, a cozy single room in our recently renovated 3-bed, 1.5-bath house will be up for grabs. I'm Amy, a senior artist in the film industry, and my partner is a film critic and journalist. We share our space with our delightful 1-year-old daughter and our friendly sighthound/lurcher.

Our house boasts modernity with brand new Samsung kitchen appliances and a home cinema setup for immersive movie nights and gaming sessions. Your room comes fully furnished with a comfortable single bed(can fit a small double too), desk, and ample storage, offering a picturesque view of the fields. Plus, we've got a cleaner to keep common areas clean, included in your monthly rent.

Our current flatmate, a young lady who is a chef and a motorbiker , keeps things tidy and is a joy to live with.

We're seeking a classy individual who values tranquility and respectfulness, someone who enjoys a peaceful atmosphere without constant noise or guests. While we're open to occasional get-togethers, our routine with our child keeps us occupied most days. And yes, your pets are more than welcome here. However cats might find it a bit tricky with our dog and living near the road. Please bring your dog for a compatibility check during viewing. We do prefer someone who doesn’t work from home full time.

Conveniently located in a green belt area, our home offers easy access to amenities and public transportation, with parks and forests nearby for outdoor adventures. The bus stop is literally across the road and gets you to Hainault station in 8 minutes, or you can enjoy a 12-minute stroll to Grange Hill station.
