I'm looking for a friendly, easygoing people to rent a bright and spacious 2 double rooms and a single room in my modern home located in Foxglove Gardens—a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood that's perfect for unwinding after a long day.

You’ll have Hainault Golf Club and Hainault Forest just around the corner, offering beautiful green spaces for nature walks, jogging, or simply enjoying the outdoors.

The house is modern, well-maintained, and fully equipped. You'll have access to:

Automatic coffee machine

A sleek, fully-equipped kitchen—great for cooking and relaxing.

If you work from home, there’s a desk available in the shared living room, or we can arrange to place a desk in your room if you prefer a more private setup.

I am a commercial insurance professional and travel frequently for business and family visit, often being outside the UK for approximately half of each month. As a result, the property offers a high degree of privacy and quiet occupancy for any prospective lodger. My wife occasionally stays at the property and, for household comfort, we have a preference for a female lodger.
